DOC'S HARLEY-DAVIDSON
FULL-TIME SERVICE WRITER
* Facilitate scheduling appointments, receiving customer motorcycles, & billing work orders.
* Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills & maintain a positive relationship with customers & multiple departments.
* Accurately document customer concerns & work order information both written & computerized in a detailed manner.
* Work with resources provided to ensure accurate estimates are supplied to customers.
* Develop, maintain, & utilize knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycle models, specifications, OEM parts, as well as genuine H-D & aftermarket accessories.
* Maintain accuracy of inventory.
 Availability should include most weekends (Saturday 9-4). 40 hours per week.

DOC'S HARLEY-DAVIDSON
PART-TIME  MOTORCYCLE SALESPERSON
*Provide customers with guidance throughout the motorcycle purchase decision & sales process.
*Connect with customers & capture lead information. Utilize that information to maintain consistent follow-up to facilitate progression through or into the sales process.
 *Develop, maintain, & utilize knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycle models, specifications, pricing, features, & benefits.
 *Maintain relationships & contact with customers after the sale.
 

DOC'S FULL BORE OUTDOOR
 FULL-TIME PARTS MANAGER

 * Ideal qualities are detail orientated, reliable, able to work independently.
 * Facilitating all inventory management tasks including placing orders, receiving inventory, maintaining accurate electronic inventory records.
 * Processing warranty claims.
 * Looking up parts & accessories, facilitating & maintaining customer special orders.
 * Restocking, organizing, & merchandising inventory.
 * Must have excellent computer skills.
 * Greeting & welcoming customers to our store.
 * Answering incoming phone calls.
 * Processing customer transactions.
 * Assist in maintaining a clean showroom & restrooms.  
  Availability should include some weekends. Flexibile scheduling 35-40 hours per week.

FULL BORE OUTDOOR
FULL TIME UTV, ARGO, & SMALL ENGINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
* Develop, maintain, & utilize knowledge of models & specifications, as well as procedures for diagnosing, repairing, & installing accessories on the various models.
 * Training, certifications, or equivalent work experience.
 * Commitment to completing on-going training both online, on-site & off-site.
 * Must provide your own quality tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level.
 * Must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds, move bikes, crouch & stand for long periods of time.

DOC'S HARLEY-DAVIDSON
FULL TIME MOTORCYCLE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
* Develop, maintain, & utilize knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycle models & specifications, as well as procedures for diagnosing, repairing, & installing accessories on the various models.
 * MMI training, Harley-Davidson certifications, or equivalent work experience.
 * Commitment to completing on-going training both online, on-site & off-site.
 * Must provide your own quality tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level.
 * Must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds, move bikes, crouch & stand for long periods of time.
 * Motorcycle license required as well as the ability to push a motorcycle onto a lift.

Part-time benefits include employee discounts.

Full-time benefits include employee discount, 401K with company match, health insurance, vision insurance, AFLAC, paid holidays, & paid vacation once eligibility requirements are met.

Pay is based on qualifications & experience. Most part-time positions have advancement opportunities to full-time.
